Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

The Company is the controller of Your Personal Data. You can reach Us at [email protected].

Types of Data Collected

Without an account

When You open a link in the Cloud Browser, We record Your IP address, the country it belongs to (looked up with ip-api.com), the link You opened, and when the session started and ended. We use this to run the session, to apply the daily limit of free sessions per connection, and to prevent abuse. Anything You do inside the Cloud Browser stays there and is deleted when the session ends; We do not record what You type or see in it.

If You send Us feedback or answer the short survey after a session, We keep what You send (including any files You attach), with Your IP address and, if You give it, Your email address, so that We can look into the problem and reply.

With an account

  • Account data: Your email address, whether it is verified or You signed in with Google, and the account identifier from Our sign-in provider, Clerk. We also record when You last signed in and last used Our Website while signed in, and on which days You used it, to keep Your Account secure and to count how many accounts are active.
  • Minutes and sessions: Your balance, every change to it (signup bonus, purchases, sessions, refunds and adjustments, with their dates), and the length of each paid session.
  • Payments: the amount, currency and date of each purchase, its status (paid, refunded, disputed), and the payment and customer identifiers from Our payment provider, Stripe. We never receive or store Your card details: Stripe collects them directly.
  • Signup IP address: the IP address (or, for IPv6, its network) You signed up from, used only to give the signup bonus once per connection. We delete it once that check no longer needs it, normally after 30 days.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies that the Service needs to work: Clerk's cookies keep You signed in, and a cookie remembers the language You chose. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and records how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and page views) so that We can find problems and improve the Service.

Use of Your Personal Data

We use Your Personal Data, on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR:

  • To provide the Service (performance of Our contract with You): running sessions, managing Your Account and balance, processing purchases and refunds, and answering Your messages.
  • For security and to prevent abuse (Our legitimate interests): free-use limits, the one-bonus-per-person rule, detecting fraud and chargebacks, and keeping the Service running.
  • To improve the Service (Our legitimate interests): usage statistics, feedback and surveys.
  • To meet legal obligations: keeping financial records, and answering lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not use it for advertising.

Retention of Your Personal Data

  • Session records (IP address, link, times): 30 days.
  • Signup IP address: deleted once the signup bonus check no longer needs it (normally 30 days).
  • Account data: for as long as Your Account exists.
  • The days on which You used Your Account: 13 months.
  • Purchase, payment and balance records: six years after the end of the financial year they belong to, as UK law requires for accounting records, even if You close Your Account.
  • Feedback and survey answers, with their IP address, email address and attached files: two years.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Our servers are in Germany. Some of Our service providers process data outside the UK and the European Union: Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare and Microsoft offer the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or certification under the Data Privacy Framework for this. Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of Your Personal Data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, email [email protected] from the address of Your Account. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Delete Your Personal Data

To close Your Account and delete Your Personal Data, email [email protected] from the address of Your Account. We delete Your Account data, including at Clerk, and keep only the purchase and balance records that the law requires Us to keep, without Your email address where possible. Before You close Your Account, You can ask for a refund of eligible Minutes (see Our Terms).
